B-G Racing Heat Thermal Barrier Sheets

The Heat Barrier Sheets are a versatile way to withstand radiant heat, and the self-adhesive backed material is easily formed and versatile for use in various locations for effective heat management, including engine bays, firewalls, transmission tunnels, bulkheads, seat bases and floorpans.

Available in sheet sizes of 12” x 12” (305mm x 305mm) or 24” x 24” (610mm x 610mm), the material is easily cut to shape using scissors or a sharp knife.

The B-G Aluminium Adhesive Foil Fibreglass Sheet is a versatile heat barrier designed to withstand radiant heat of up to 590°C (1100°F) and direct contact of up to 230°C (450°F). The adhesive backing makes it easy to use in various locations for effective heat management, including firewalls, bulkheads and floorpans.

The B-G Titanium Adhesive Heat Barrier Sheet is a heavy-duty form of heat protection material. The adhesive backed material is easily formed and versatile, making it suitable for many different application areas such as engine bays, transmission tunnels and floor pans. The titanium surface can withstand radiant heat of up to 1090°C (2000°F) and direct contact of up to 650°C (1200°F)

Lightweight and flexible, the B-G Gold Adhesive Foil Fibreglass Sheet is ideal for protecting engine compartments, seat bases and bulk heads from excess heat transfer. Constructed using a fibreglass and polymer lamination backed with a high temperature adhesive, then metallised with a gold coating, the sheets able to provide exceptional performance despite an overall thickness of only 0.2mm. The gold surface can withstand radiant heat of up to 540°C (1000°F) and direct contact of up to 450°C (850°F).
